Role OverviewAs Quality Officer – Island Package, you will be the key link between Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for the Island Package scope. Reporting to the Interface & Quality Manager, you will ensure compliance with the project's Quality Management Plan and drive excellence across all quality-related aspects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for all Quality Assurance matters within the Island Package.Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and performance (internal and external).Review and challenge quality documentation from EPC Contractors and subcontractors.Participate in internal and external audits.Support Quality Control activities during delivery and follow up on non-conformities and quality risks.Promote adherence to project processes and procedures among team members.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 years in Quality Management; offshore, EPCI, maritime, or major civil works experience is a plus.Education: Technical bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.Strong computer and data management skills.Excellent organizational and document management abilities.Effective communication skills with a critical mindset.Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.Team player who inspires others regarding quality standards.Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.A little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
