Opdrachtgever:Voor een internationaal bedrijf in de regio van Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Quality Assurance Officer
Functie-informatie:Als QA Officer maak je deel uit van het QA (Quality Assurance) team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het opvolgen van de kwaliteit van producten en productieprocessen. Dit gebeurt door middel van het opvolgen van events, CAPAs en eventuele changes. Er wordt nagegaan of alles gebeurt conform de procedures en eventuele verbeteringen worden geïnitieerd. Verder vallen ook klantenklachten onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de QA Officer.
Jouw taken
Je bent verantwoordelijk om afwijkingen (events), die optreden tijdens de activiteiten in productie, magazijnen en in de QC (Quality Control) labs te beoordelen. Op basis van risico analyse en/of oorzaakanalyse ga je na wat de impact op kwaliteit en veiligheid is voor de eindklant.
Je coördineert het onderzoek.
Je definieert gepaste acties en escaleert, indien nodig, naar de leidinggevende.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de finale beslissing van de betrokken batches.
Je onderzoekt de klantenklachten.
Je coördineert het onderzoek en definieert gepaste acties.
Je documenteert alles in een onderzoeksrapport (volgens de 8D) methode.
Je staat in voor de communicatie met de klant.
Deze afwijkingen (interne afwijkingen en klantenklachten) worden, samen met andere kwaliteitsindicatoren periodiek met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken doorgenomen tijdens de Q&Ops meetings. Via een dagelijkse meeting wordt de opvolging verzekerd op de productievloer.
Je bent een coach voor de collega’s met als doel het kwaliteitsbewustzijn bij de medewerkers te verhogen.
Je stelt trendevaluaties op.
Je neemt deel aan activiteiten om de kwaliteit van de processen en producten te bewaken en te verbeteren.
Je neemt deel risico analyses (root cause analysis, FMEA,.) en verbeterprojecten.
Je geeft opleidingen m.b.t. GMP, CAPA’s, interne afwijkingen, klacht onderzoek aan collega’s.
Je volgt leveranciersklachten op.
Je staat in voor flashaudits en wekelijkse rondgangen in de productieafdelingen.
Functie-eisen:Je draagt de waarden van het bedrijf uit. Zo ben je doordrongen van een uitgesproken kwaliteitsbewustzijn en het belang ervan.
Je neemt, op een flexibele en positief-kritische manier, eigenaarschap op voor het kwaliteitsgebeuren.
Je kan andere belanghebbenden (medewerkers, klanten, leveranciers) inspireren om kwaliteit ter harte te nemen.
Je kan zowel in het Nederlands als Engels, geschreven en gesproken, vlot en effectief communiceren.
Je bent planmatig en goed georganiseerd.
Je werkt op een aangename en respectvolle manier samen met je collega’s.
Als je de technische processen in de organisatie nog niet kent, ben je in staat om deze kennis snel te verwerven.
Je kan terugvallen op een gedegen kennis van statistiek (verzamelen, verwerken, analyseren en interpreteren van data).
Als je kennis hebt van problem solving technieken zoals Ishikawa, 5Why, etc. is dat een pluspunt, net zoals kennis van GMP, ISO9001, ISO15387,
Je hebt een wetenschappelijk georiënteerde opleiding op Bachelor of Master niveau achter de rug of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je zal deel uitmaken van een team van enkele QA Officers en rapporteren aan de manager Quality Assurance operations.
