Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer (50%) specializing in commercial and economic law in an international environment. An interest in social law may complement full-time employment.
**Beschrijving**

As a corporate lawyer, you will be part of our client's legal department. Your interest and passion make your job a dynamic, proactive role. You will ensure that the company is contractually firm towards third parties.
- Draft, develop, negotiate, review, execute and manage contracts and/or legal documents between our client and third parties to avoid, mitigate or transfer legal risks.
- Drafting legal framework for new projects of our client to ensure legally correct execution.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection, anti-bribery and other rules within the organization.
- Exchange information, consult, meet and negotiate with insurance offices, official agencies such as ministries, governments, consultants, lawyers, notaries and all other third parties as a legal point of contact

**Profile**
- You have a minimum of a legal Master's degree with experience/specialization in commercial law, economic law, business law or equivalent through experience. Knowledge of IPR in previous matters is a plus. This position is a part-time time commitment (50%). An addition to full-time employment is possible if you have experience or interest in providing social legal advice;
- You express yourself fluently in English (working language with many clients), you are also fluent in Dutch or French with an excellent passive knowledge of the other language.
