Coddy biedt stedelijke avonturen aan om te spelen met vrienden, familie of collega¿s in zo¿n 50 steden in België en Frankrijk. Dankzij deze originele, gegeolocaliseerde en meeslepende ervaring, ontdekken onze spelers de verschillende steden en creëren ze onvergetelijke herinneringen, gegids door hun smartphone.
Terwijl we onze activiteiten uitbreiden, stellen we onze spellen ter beschikking voor professionals zoals evenementenbureaus, resellers, scholen en HR-afdelingen, die op zoek zijn naar activiteiten in teamverband voor groepen van 50 tot 200 personen.
**We zijn op zoek naar een junior accountmanager om samen met onze CEO de vragen te kunnen beantwoorden voor groepen zoals teambuildings en schooluitstappen in België en Nederland.**
**Verkoopactiviteiten**:
- Inkomende groepsverzoeken afhandelen in het Nederlands.
- Prijsoffertes uitschrijven die voldoen aan de eisen van de klant.
**Marktontwikkeling**:
- Je werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam om onze site te optimaliseren en meer B2B-leads te genereren.
- Identificeer nieuwe marktmogelijkheden en stel nieuwe ideeën voor aan de CEO.
**Klantendienst**:
- Als Nederlandstalige SPOC, volg je de verkoop op de voet en geef je dit door aan het productteam.
- Het nabespreken van evenementen samen met de klanten en het marketingteam
- Je werkt samen met het productieteam en de technische teams om onze producten te optimaliseren voor grotere groepen
**Profil**:
**Een eerdere ervaring is niet strikt vereist, maar is wel een meerwaarde.**Heb je ervaring in, of een eerste kennismaking gehad met toerisme, gaming of evenementensector, dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.
Je bent Nederlandstalig en spreekt vloeiend Engels en/of Frans
- Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen of met onbekenden te spreken.
- Je hebt een verkoopgeoriënteerde mindset en je bent geobsedeerd door de tevredenheid van onze klanten.
- Je bent vriendelijk, behulpzaam, zelfverzekerd en hebt een boeiende persoonlijkheid.
- Je bent klaar om zowel op persoonlijk als op professioneel vlak te groeien en bij te leren.
- Je kunt goed overweg met verschillende digitale tools (CRM, Google, Docs, ¿) en met cijfers.
