To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our Banking & Finance Team.

**The Banking & Finance Team**

Our Banking & Finance practice is mainly focused on the following three sectors: finance and capital transactions, investment funds (undertakings for collective investment) and financial institutions. We assist borrowers and lenders with Belgian law matters that concern all types of Belgian and international finance transactions including: acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, real estate finance, structured finance, syndicated loans and capital markets.

**Key requirements**
- You are a Belgian qualified lawyer and you have 2 to 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance ideally in a similar practice. An additional Master in a relevant area is considered an advantage and a strong interest in Financial Regulatory matters would be an asset;
- If you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and in English. Your level of the other national language is suitable for professional use. Any knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
- You possess excellent writing skills and you prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- You are an open and enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
- You are not afraid to speak your mind, have shown your entrepreneurial spirit in the past (ex: involvement in a student club, sport club, etc.), and don’t always choose the more conventional path.
