To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for **an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our ICT Law Team.**

**The ICT Team**

The tech community is always one step ahead of the game. Driving cutting-edge innovation at the forefront of technology brings new questions and concerns to the table. The ALTIUS ICT team is always ready to help with everything from data protection to the ever-changing laws of the Internet. Thanks to our legal, operational and regulatory know-how, our client list is long. Hardware manufacturers, software and app developers, system integrators, e-commerce players, telecommunication operators and other ICT-related service providers all count on the ICT team from ALTIUS.

**Key requirements**
- You are a Belgian qualified lawyer and you have 3 to 5 years of experience in ICT Law, ideally in a similar practice.
- You combine your experience in ICT Law with experience or a profound interest in commercial and telecom law.
- You have a particular experience or interest in data protection (GDPR).
- If you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Your level of French is suitable for daily use in a business environment. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- You possess excellent writing skills and you prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- You are an open and enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
- You are not afraid to speak your mind, have shown your entrepreneurial spirit in the past (ex: involvement in a student club, sport club, etc.), and don’t always choose the more conventional path.
