- Hasselt**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- As a Junior Associate:
- You will advise national and international clients on all matters related to the legal side of employment and compensation;
- You will help clients drafting employment contracts and policies;
- You will advice clients regarding international employment mobility;
- You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them;
- You will become one of the ambassadors of the firm;
- You will be part of a law firm of more than 90 lawyers.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- You (will soon) have a master degree in law with a major in Employment Law.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field;
- You have strong analytical skills and writing skills;
- You are a real team player;
- You are client-oriented;
- You are effective, proactive and creative;
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
