As a Junior Associate in our Banking and Finance Law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to:

- financial services regulations
- general lending: asset finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, debt capital markets
- public finance
- project finance
- real estate finance
- structured finance and securitizations
- debt restructuring and insolvency

**Skills & Qualifications
- You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on economic law.
- An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset.
- You have a keen interest in banking and finance law.
- A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
- You speak Dutch or French and are fluent in English.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
- You have strong analytical and writing skills.
- You are a real team player.
