**Functie**:
- U bepaalt en analyseert de behoeften en verwachtingen van de interne diensten en cliënten en vertaalt deze in duidelijke en concrete technische aanbevelingen voor de IT-teams (bv. de softwareontwikkelaars)
- U organiseert hiertoe workshops en overlegvergaderingen om deze behoeften en verwachtingen in kaart te brengen en ze duidelijk en helder te verwoorden voor de verschillende betrokkenen
- U beschrijft en documenteert deze behoeften en verzekert de rapportering erover
- U werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders
- U analyseert en modelleert de vereisten en gegevens met het oog op een omzetting ervan in technische oplossingen bij de betrokken gesprekspartners (lastenboek, rapportering, tests, monitoring, documentatie...)
- U neemt deel aan de testfases van de projecten (testscenario’s uitschrijven, de tests uitvoeren, de tests en hun resultaten opvolgen)
- U neemt actief deel aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten en aan projecten voor de optimalisatie van processen, tools en werkmethodes
- U controleert of de geïmplementeerde oplossingen overeenstemmen met de behoefteanalyse, in nauwe samenwerking met het projectteam en in het bijzonder de IT-dienst
- U bent een primaire gesprekspartner voor de interne en externe partners die bij de projecten betrokken zijn
- U houdt uzelf voortdurend op de hoogte van de trends en ontwikkelingen in uw vakgebied.
**Profiel**:
- Een opleiding hoger onderwijs (mínimaal bachelor) en aantoonbare ervaring in businessanalyse
- Uitstekende analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring in de verzekeringssector is een pluspunt
- Een goede kennis van informaticatools (kantoorsoftware, databasebeheer, tools voor gegevensopslag en -opvraging, programmatie en ontwikkeling)
- Operationeel tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
- Affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën
- Neemt de beveiliging en bescherming van gegevens ter harte
- Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, kan zijn/haar boodschap afstemmen op uiteenlopende gesprekspartners
- Een dynamische en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid
- Resultaatgericht, volhardend en stressbestendig
- Hecht belang aan kwaliteit en een goede dienstverlening
