With more than a decade of experience and 771 megawatts under operational management, Parkwind has four operational windfarms in Belgium and is currently developing projects in Germany (Arcadis Ost 1 - 247 MW) and Ireland (Oriel Windfarm - 330 MW). Parkwind’s global ambitions include several international joint development partnerships and pioneering R&D projects.

**Your role**

In light of the further expansion of Parkwind we are looking to reinforce the Corporate Finance team with a Project Finance Manager. His/her primary task will be focused on the potential financing of new and existing financings of offshore wind parks in and outside Belgium

Your role will contain the following responsibilities:

- Perform financial modelling, structuring and scenario analysis
- Steer the project development process from a bankability perspective
- Prepare and review due diligence reports
- Keep a close eye on financing trends
- Maintain a strong contact with the banks
- Prepare bank & stakeholder presentations
- Carry out adequate bank reporting and covenants follow-up
- Assist in the negotiation and management of power purchase agreements
- Look after funding and treasury operations of Parkwind

**Who are we looking for?**
- Master's degree in Engineering and/or Finance
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project finance and/or power sector financing
- Strong interest in renewable energy
- Good communication and negotiation skills and a sharp analytical mind
- Being comfortable with complex Excel models and the willingness to further develop this
- Hands on, responsible, structured and keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- Team-player
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
