When you join us at VaultSpeed as our Finance Manager, you'll become an indispensable part of our team, ensuring the financial well-being and administrative smoothness of our operations ✨.

Last year, our company successfully secured 15 million Euros during our Series A funding round. Now, we're on the lookout for someone who can keep a tight grip on that cash

Acting as the cornerstone ️ of our financial activities, you'll manage a variety of financial, accounting, and administrative duties.

You'll report directly to Marc, our new CFO ‍. You'll also collaborate with our Financial/Business Controller as well as an external accounting firm to maintain and enhance our financial infrastructure ️.

Together with our Financial/Business Controller, you'll form a dynamic duo, focusing on the meticulous management of financial and administrative tasks to solidify the foundation of VaultSpeed's financial operations.

This partnership fosters a comprehensive approach to financial management, allowing each member to utilise their specialised skills to support our CFO and enable VaultSpeed's continued success.

Your dedication is crucial in upholding financial stability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and keeping the financial operations afloat.

- **
Financial Administrative Management**: Lead the day-to-day financial and administrative operations using Exact Online, enhancing efficiency and ensuring operational excellence
- ** Accounting Oversight**: Manage the accounting for VaultSpeed across Belgium, the US, the UK, and Lithuania
- ** Cash Management**: Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and supplier payments
- ** Tax Compliance**: Ensure adherence to VAT, CIT, and transfer pricing laws
- ** Payroll Collaboration**: Work closely with HR on payroll accounting ‍
- ** Reporting Excellence**: Drive the development and upkeep of financial reports in Power BI, providing crucial insights for strategic decisions
- ** Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the CFO and Financial/Business Controller on financial planning and analysis to bolster the company's financial health and goals
- ** Compliance and Best Practices**: Uphold strict adherence to financial laws and implement best practices in financial management and reporting ️
- ** Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing HubSpot CRM to enhance financial strategies and operations
- ** Project Leadership**: Spearhead finance or accounting improvement projects, such as global travel expense tool implementation or accounting system harmonization across entities.
- ** Fiduciary Duties**: Manage fiduciary control over incoming invoices and software revenue billing
- ** CFO Support**: Assist the CFO in preparing Board packs and SaaS KPI reporting, including communicating financials to finance teams of PE shareholders

***About You**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or equivalent.
- ** Experience**: A solid 5 to 10 years in a similar role, showcasing a proven track record in financial management or administration. Experience with Big4 would be a significant asset.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English & Dutch.
- ** Tech Skills**: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Exact Online and HubSpot CRM.
- ** Analytical Tools**: Keen interest and experience in financial systems, aiming to master Power BI to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to every detail.
- ** Communication**: Strong ability to articulate financial insights in both writing and verbally, catering to a diverse audience.
- ** Teamwork**: Demonstrated prowess in working effectively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and building robust relationships.
- ** Regulatory Knowledge**: Deep understanding of tax, financial laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
