Heb jij een passie voor logistiek en ben je een vertrouwd met IT-systemen? Dan hebben wij een uitdaging op maat voor jou We zijn op zoek naar een hands-on Supply Chain Support Officer die de brug slaat tussen onze operationele processen en systemen zoals SAP en Dynaman (WMS).
- Je spoort fouten in SAP op en lost ze zelfstandig op
- Je volgt stockverschillen op tussen SAP en WMS en zorgt voor correcte afstemming
- Je ondersteunt bij de coördinatie van repack-activiteiten
- Je registreert klachten of opmerkingen en onderzoekt de oorzaken
- Je werkt mee aan procesverbeteringen in samenwerking met collega’s van het operationele team
- De klanten kunnen op je rekenen wat betreft kwaliteit van verwerking en uitvoering.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Een achtergrond in logistiek (door opleiding of ervaring)
- Kennis van SAP en/of Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS) is een plus - of minstens de drive om deze snel onder de knie te krijgen
- Je kan goed overweg met Excel en andere PC-tools
- Je denkt analytisch, werkt zelfstandig en bent oplossingsgericht
- Je communiceert helder en eerlijk.
- Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan wisselende omstandigheden en kan werken onder druk in een dynamische omgeving.
