**MISSION**

Join our Data Analysis team within the Retail & B2B department and play a pivotal role in steering Luminus' vision through data-driven insights. Your expertise in SQL, SAS, and Qlik will be instrumental in analyzing vast datasets to uncover trends and patterns that drive retail operations and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models using SAS and Qlik to support business decision-making.
- Generate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and other critical metrics.
- Maintain close relationships with the business stakeholders and acquire detailed knowledge of the business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support day-to-day operations with timely data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in retail processes through proactive data insights and innovations.
- Present data-driven recommendations to management and aid in the decision-making process.

- You are a team player with a customer-centric approach and a proactive way of working.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Dutch/French.
- MSc Degree in a business/data/technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of SQL is required.
- Expert knowledge of data processing tools such as SAS, Python, or R is required
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is required.

**Position in the Organization**
- Reports to the Data Analysis Manager.
- Collaborates closely with team managers in Retail and squad leads.
- Contributes to achieving sales targets, efficiency gains, and key Retail KPIs.

**This is a non-Freelance position.**
