Alors ce rôle est pour vous.Nous recherchons un e Business Analyst pour renforcer notre Salesforce Competence Center au sein du département Change & Run (Customer & Distribution) de Channel Management. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les directions commerciales du Groupe P&V, dans un contexte de transformation continue et de projets à forte valeur ajoutée.Vous évoluerez dans un environnement multi-distribution en pleine évolution, au cœur d'initiatives structurantes telles que la digitalisation des réseaux de vente (agents P&V, courtiers VIVIUM, partenariats), la mise en place d'une Contact Strategy innovante, l'optimisation des flux de données des intermédiaires, l'évolution des outils CRM ou encore l'amélioration continue des processus commerciaux existants.En tant que Business Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé d'interface entre les utilisateurs métier et les équipes IT. Vous analyserez, documenterez et accompagnerez de bout en bout l'implémentation de solutions efficaces, tout en veillant à leur adoption durable par les utilisateurs finaux.
