**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the CTO/cofounder and Head of Engineering to architect this solution
- Be the team lead for 2 junior/mid-level engineers (incl. Reviewing of work of the others)

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of **Python** development experience
- 7+ years of experience as an Engineer
- Previous experience as a Lead of a development team, where you’ve coached a few other developers
- Willing to work 2 days/week hybrid from our Antwerp office
