**About The Mission**

You will have to create value by bringing tangible innovation and addressing the innovation needs of our corporate clients. You will lead and motivate a young team of professionals that provide service to our clients and keep them focused on achieving client success.

**The Partner Success & Ventures Manager** will help understand the innovation needs of our clients, translating them into tech focus or tech challenges. He/she will also define and lead the process to address our clients innovation needs in the best possible way. The role will also be responsible for establishing a network in the Benelux startup ecosystem to source potential investment deals by working closely with other PNP venture team members (if interesting to our corporate partners). You will lead a team having a dual role, on one hand service delivery and daily interaction with the client, and on the other hand ventures/start-up analyses in order to scout for the best start-ups that match client needs or PNPs investment strategy.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and implement successfully our partner success strategy and process that is unique and differentiated in the marketplace, building on past Plug and Play learnings and best practices
- Source and identify startups in the Benelux region along PNPs investment strategy
- Research the latest trends and proactively develop use cases or opportunities for our clients.
- Actively network with startup founders at industry events and conferences
- Conduct deal flows by matching startup technologies to the interests of large corporations by analyzing technological compatibility and integration possibilities between startups’ technologies and the larger corporations’ portfolio of technologies
- Lead and motivate a team of several members, develop your team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Support partners in investment processes if relevant to them
- Support on renewing and upselling the partnership with the corporate partners
- Support on commercial activities such as lead generation, trade shows assistance, events organization, proposal preparation,...

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
- 3+ years of experience working in customer success, consulting, or account management preferably with a focus on innovation and Venture Capital
- Experience in technology implementation, pilot project management and Venture Capital will be a big plus
- Strategic thinking to understand how the start-ups have the best technology/competitive advantage to suit the needs of our corporate clients, experience having developed client/account management plans but also detail oriented and very hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally familiar with innovation processes (scouting, pilots, etc.)
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial character, strong self-drive and able to work with limited supervision. Results oriented.
- Positive and open mindset, energetic. Good listener, analytical character, Strong willingness to learn and improve. Motivating leader and good team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Language requirements: fluent in Dutch and English
- Existing network in the corporate innovation and Venture Capital ecosystem is a plus
