**Spilling the beans**:
Right now, we’re looking for a **Lead Engineer** with a strong background in Generative AI, a pragmatic approach to experimentation, and a passion for R&D. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to define the GenAI direction of our client projects and build our internal GenAI expertise from the ground up.

You’ll also be coaching other developers on GenAI methodologies and tools, fostering an environment of knowledge-sharing to elevate the team's overall GenAI capabilities.
- ** Lead GenAI initiatives** across multiple projects, integrating **Security by Design principles** to ensure secure and efficient delivery of GenAI solutions.
- ** Research and experiment** with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks and technologies (e.g. LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, LLama, Mistral,)
- Collaborate with developers, sales, strategists and founders to **align GenAI strategies** with broader business objectives.
- ** Coach engineers** in GenAI methodologies, toolsets, and best practices.
- Engage in **client-facing activities**, providing **technical expertise** in GenAI for impactful discussions and presentations.
