To support our ambitions, we are looking for a Relationship Manager for Execution Only clients to join the Client Centre in Brussels.

Your Position
- You will work as part of a team with other Relationship Managers for Execution Only Services. As a team, you will be responsible for the effective monitoring and servicing of the Execution Only client portfolio in the Private Banking segment;
- You are a key member of the team in developing the (digital) Execution Only business and sharing your knowledge and expertise with other colleagues in the team;
- Your main task is to provide a high-quality service to Execution Only clients: you will be responsible for monitoring and developing the customer relationship, and will analyze customers' questions and wishes and propose solutions in commercial, administrative, regulatory and transactional terms;
- To do this, you will draw on Degroof Petercam's in-house expertise;
- You will follow up clients with additional potential and facilitate upselling towards the Private Banking activity
- You will provide support in complying with regulatory obligations, as well as with administrative tasks in the context of these customer relations;
- You will act as an ambassador to familiarize customers with digital investment solutions and remote communication channels and play an active role in the related digitization project;
- You will scrupulously comply with the Bank's external regulations and procedures applicable to the position.

Your Profile
- You have a university degree or equivalent and several years' relevant professional experience, preferably in a commercial role within the financial sector;
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asset;
- You have an in-depth knowledge of financial markets and products and are interested in them;
- You are communicative, have strong commercial and interpersonal skills and can build lasting relationships within a defined framework;
- You are entrepreneurial and results oriented;
- You will have a keen interest in digital solutions and tools, as well as experience in using customer relationship management systems.
- You are enthusiastic about being part of a team with a real challenge;
- You take initiative and can suggest improvements.
