Investment Banking Vice President

As part of our expanding development, we are currently looking for an Investment Banking Vice President to reinforce our Corporate Finance team which operates from Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam & Luxembourg. You will give and coordinate support in the origination and the execution of a broad variety of Corporate Finance assignments, for a broad range of clients in a diverse set of industries. Our deal team structure allows you to work closely with senior professionals which will quickly translate in significant impact and increased responsibility.

You will be based in Brussels, Belgium.

**Your Position**:

- Collaborating with the IB Seniors (Partners and Directors) to contribute to the overall development and implementation of our IB growth strategy
- Supporting the Seniors in the origination of Corporate Finance assignments (M&A, ECM, DCM, other Advisory) for a broad range of clients in a diverse set of industries
- The coordination of the execution teams. Coaching and supervising a team of associates and analysts
- Contributing to the team’s prospection efforts by preparing tailored pitches and participating to their commercial presentation towards potential clients
- Coordinating drafting client presentations, information memoranda, marketing materials as well as other transaction-related documents for (potential) clients and other third parties
- Supervising the creation of complex financial models and carry out in-depth analyses of companies, industries and markets
- Being actively involved in client interaction, third party relations (lawyers, tax advisors,..) and project management
- Supporting the team’s business development, recruitment and/or compliance efforts
- Good ability to work in team, also cross-functionally and cross-border with our Global Markets and Corporate Finance teams in Paris, Amsterdam and Luxembourg

**Your Profile**:

- You are passionate about Corporate Finance, M&A, Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy
- You have strong commercial, analytical and numerical skills
- You have 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, (Corporate) M&A, (Strategic) Consulting, Private Equity or other related Business Services
- You have an outstanding academic background
- You are fluent in English as well as Dutch or French
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- You have a strong client-oriented mindset
- You are committed to excellence and willing to maintain high professional standards
- You enjoy working in a team setting
