**ORGANIZATION**:
- Professional services company
- International organization
**YOUR ROLE**:
- You serve as a trusted business partner for management and employees in blue and white-collar environments for 2 operational locations in Belgium.
- You provide guidance and support in HR matters to cultivate positive working relationships.
- You report to the HR Manager and will closely work together with another HRBP's, HR Safety and 2 payroll officers.
- You will work on several HR projects such as L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management, absenteeisme policy and social elections.
- You optimize onboarding experience for new employees.
- You take on ad-hoc demands coming from the business and advise on HR-related issues.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have relevant work experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- You have a hands-on attitude and like to get things done.
- You are used to guiding managers from the business through the various HR challenges within their teams.
- Collaborating and achieving goals together are high on your priority list.
- You are very positive-minded and drive good working relationships.
- You are diplomatic, reliable, and very secure.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
**PRACTICAL***:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 3 to 5 days a week
- Duration: 3 months with possible extension
- Location: outskirts of Brussels / remote
