**YOUR ROLE**:
In this role, you will be at the heart of driving HR initiatives and providing guidance to both management and employees. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of the organization’s people strategy with business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Provide daily HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Facilitate key talent management processes, such as performance management, development plans, and succession planning.
- Strengthen employee relationships and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
- Enhance team dynamics and contribute to improving overall organizational performance.
- Lead and participate in HR projects designed to drive organizational growth and improvement.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have substantial experience as an HR Business Partner.
- You are hands-on and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- You are solution-oriented, able to tackle complex challenges with a practical and effective approach.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
**PRACTICAL**:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 4 or 5 days
- Duration: 5-6 months
- Location: Brussels and remote
