- Job Description
In the event of incidents, you perform the necessary validations, correct if possible and document your findings and actions. If necessary, you escalate to the designated domain specialists.
- In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for monitoring the data center infrastructure and managing access to these data centers.
- This is a 3 shift job, you alternate morning, afternoon and night shift in consecutive weeks.
Profile
- You have a good basic knowledge of IT, ITIL processes and monitoring tools.
- You have good analytical thinking skills, you work meticulously and you have a sense of responsibility.
- You like to take initiative and take on challenges effectively..
- You can work independently with a good team spirit.
- You communicate well, are able to provide a clear and precise summary of the service provided and of the incidents identified.
- You are flexible and are willing to work in 3 shifts during the week.
- Finally, you express yourself fluently in French.
