- Proven experience as a System Administrator.
**Desirable**:
- In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
**Duties/role**:
- Deploying, installing, and configuring Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket according to best practices and following NATO security policy and directives;
- Implementing necessary plugins, add-ons, and integrations to enhance functionality and meet business requirements;
- Performing routine system administration tasks including user management, access control, and permissions configuration, using NCSC processes and NCSC IT Service Management Tool.
