Als Process controller sta je in voor de planning en de opvolging van de interventies van IT-techniekers op de hoofdzetel van een grote bank.

**Functie**:

- Je staat in voor de planning en de opvolging van de interventies in onze tool ITSM SNow waarbij je de Service Level Agreements respecteert
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de technici
- Je staat in voor het beheer van de CMSB en de opmaak van rapporten
- Je werkt bij een grote klant in Brussel
- Bij de uitvoering van je werk volg je veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures strikt op

**Aanbod**:

- Je krijgt een maandloon in lijn met de barema's van PC 200 Je krijgt hierbovenop ook maaltijdcheques van 8 EUR per dag
- Je krijgt een woon-werkvergoeding
- Na een geslaagde interimperiode teken je een vast contract van onbepaalde duur

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs derde graad
- Je bent drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels: je bent in staat om je uit te drukken in deze 3 talen
- Je hebt interesse in techniek en bent leergierig. Je denkt logisch, werkt efficiënt en bent sterk in probleemanalyse en -oplossing.
- Je hebt kennis van ITIL, Office, Service Now ITSM

**Over de organisatie**:
Je komt terecht bij een KMO die IT-diensten levert aan de financiële sector. Hier zal je geplaatst worden op de hoofdzetel van hun klant - een bank. In eerste instantie zal dat in Etterbeek zijn tot de dienst verhuist naar 1000 Brussel.
