** European Clinical Inside Sales**

As
**European Clinical Inside Sales Manager**, you will serve as a trusted Business Partner to our business management team to increase organisational efficiency and to inspire high performance culture. Our Clinical team is a very professional yet comfortable group to work in. You will be able to utilise your expertise in various strategic projects and to execute them with the constant support from the team. **Responsibilities**:
- Developing the Chemistry business by analysing, profiling and converting customers to long-term standing orders by creating product bundles offerings and include them at point of sales.
- Collaborating with the Service Sales organization to drive the Service Contract business.
- Maintain and expand our customer installed
- Drive compliance in our business systems by analysing, reporting and monitoring the key performance indicators.
- Organize and lead regular training at staff meetings to motivate and maximize productivity while fostering teamwork.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required in a business or scientific field or equivalent by experience;
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5+ years professional/technical selling experience, direct management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, distill and reinforce product messaging and business process details to colleagues and team members.
- Experience in Chemistry sales and Service sales is preferred.
- Experience with the Chemistry and Service portfolio
- Understand CRM database utility in order to facilitate ROI of campaigns, and Service Forecasting.
**Competencies**:
- You will have good leadership skills, dependable judgement, pleasant attitude and be attentive to details;
- You will have well-equipped interpersonal skills, including coaching, presentation, listening and negotiating as well as networking and influencing;
- You will have adequate organising, planning and analytical skills;
- You are able to work with multiple deadlines and deliver results;
- You will have ability to provide support to other functions of the organisation as a business partner;
- Proficient English Language Skills;
**Travel**:
- A valid passport will be required;
- This is a crossed location position with occasional travels to other territories/countries for activities such as governance of department, local business support, meetings and training.
