Kolmont is een groeiende en ondernemende projectontwikkelaar en vastgoedinvesteerder. Kolmont creëert het vastgoed van overmorgen, met strategische binnenstedelijke locaties die mee vormgeven aan de stad van de toekomst, maar ook met woon-, werk
- en beleefprojecten in de stadsrand. De ambities van Kolmont reiken ver. Bedoeling is, te bevestigen en verder te groeien als topspeler in de Vlaamse ruit.

**_Uitdagingen_**
- Het verlenen van juridische bijstand, al dan niet samen met advocaten, bij het onderhandelen en opmaken van allerhande contracten, zoals aan
- en verkoop van vastgoed of project vennootschappen, huurcontracten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, aankoop
- en verkoopopties of biedingen, vestigen van zakelijke rechten, opmaken basisakten, etc.
- Het opmaken en beheren van meetings in nauwe samenwerking met het team ontwikkeling, het team uitvoering, het team finance en het commerciële team en het contractueel verwoorden van de input die hieruit voortvloeit.
- Waar nodig, het opvolgen en begeleiden van dossiers inzake ruimtelijke ordening, stedenbouw, milieu en bodem.
- Het instrueren en opvolgen van de communicatie met advocaten en externe juridische adviseurs die ingezet worden in het kader van het voorgaande en het opvolgen en adviseren inzake juridische geschillen en procedures.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen Kolmont en rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur.

**_Profiel_**
- Master in de Rechten
- 5 jaar ervaring in relevante functie in de sector van het vastgoed.
- Talenkennis Nederlands, Engels en Frans
