**Mission**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team in Puratos, Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR and recruitment. You will work closely with our talent acquisition team to contribute to the overall success of our organization. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and help you develop essential skills for your future career.
**Key accountabilities**
- You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing calendars.
- You will support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and help with the training registration.
- You will help gather the signatures for different contracts and documents from other business departments.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You are currently following a bachelor or master in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
- You possess strong organizational skills.
- You are motivated and eager to learn.
- You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
- Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
- You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, but preferably for a longer duration to maximize your internship experience.
