Als Senior Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van een aantal grote infrastructuurprojecten en andere aankopen volgens de wet op overheidsopdrachten_.
De opdracht
Dit houdt o.a. in dat:
- Je de vraag van de interne klant analyseert en aan de hand van vragen en input van de gebruikers het lastenboek samenstelt;
- Je de selectie
- en de gunningscriteria bepaalt en instaat voor de aankoop-technische input en dit steeds in overleg;
- Je het aanbestedingsproces start op basis van de gekozen procedure;
- Je in samenspraak met de gebruikers en de interne klanten de offertes evalueert;
- Je onderhandelt met de leveranciers over de beste voorwaarden;
- Je het gunningsverslag opstelt in samenspraak met de gebruikers en de interne klanten;
- Je het aanspreekpunt bent voor gebruikers en interne klanten m.b.t. advies over leveranciers, problemen met leveranciers en/of lopende contracten, redactie van dossiers, toepassing van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten;
- Je de wijzigingen in de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten nauwgezet opvolgt;
- Je deel zal uitmaken van het ‘public procurement team’ en als senoir buyer neem je mee de rol van mentor en coach van de andere teamleden op.
Location: Leuven
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in procurement, meer specifiek in het domein ‘Werken’ zoals bvb.: Construction & infrastructure (demolition, groundworks & Relining/Sewerage works), Interior works en Technical works (electricity, HVAC, Fire protection, Sanitary, Lighting).
- Je bent vertrouwd met meest gangbare procedures van openbare markten en hebt een degelijke kennis van overheidsopdrachten en bent vertrouwd met EPC-methodologie.
- Je wordt gedreven door het bereiken van resultaten en gelooft in ons credo “underpromise and overdeliver”.
- Je kan een goede balans vinden tussen diplomatie en assertiviteit.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en voelt je als een vis in het water in een team.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands.
