**Description**
- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, Employee Benefits Consultants en accountmanagers bij vragen over verzekeringen, administratie en boekhouding. Denk hierbij aan het opmaken van verzekeringscontracten en bijvoegsels, en het opvolgen van hernieuwingen en wijzigingen;
- Je staat in voor het dagelijks technisch beheer van een klantenportefeuille met groepsverzekeringen, hospitalisatieverzekeringen en aanverwante programma’s. Dit omvat analyse, ontwikkeling en aanpassingen;
- Samen met de Employee Benefits Consultants breng je de noden van de klant in kaart en beoordeel je bestaande contracten en technische rapporten;
- Je vraagt offertes aan bij verzekeraars, vergelijkt de voorstellen en maakt een grondige beoordeling;
- Je geeft duidelijke instructies aan de gekozen verzekeraar over de gewenste dekkingen en werkt de polisvoorwaarden verder uit.
**Profile**
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een richting zoals verzekeringen, economie, business administration of boekhouding;
- Ervaring binnen het domein van Employee Benefits is een pluspunt;
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
- Je werkt graag met cijfers en haalt voldoening uit analyseren en structureren;
- Je communiceert helder en georganiseerd, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, en je voelt je comfortabel in telefonisch contact;
- Je bent klantgericht, sociaal vaardig en werkt graag samen binnen een team.
