EasyOrder is a Belgian scale-up that provides f&b business owners with their own website and mobile app - enabling high-end customizability and proper management, resulting in a sustainable online business. Yes, we know that our product is kinda lit, epic, dope, or whatever kids say for “cool” these days. But please keep your cool, we don’t (yet) have bail money and we don’t give points for body counts. **About your dream job** EasyOrder is all about 'customer obsession.' We want you to be the glue between EasyOrder and our customers, the oil for a seamless customer experience, and just be present if any issue arises or whenever a customer needs your help. Which is pretty often, but we've told you that before, didn't we? You'll have a more intimate relationship with some of our customers than with your partner. HAHA, just kidactually, it's no joke. As we reinvent the way online orders are done in the food and beverage industry, we aim to create long-term partnerships with our customers built on trust and care. For this, you have an appropriate degree in your pocket. Or not. It doesn't really matter to us. As long as you have a functioning brain with an "I'll take care of this" mentality, we'll be happy to have you on our team. Besides being your amazing self, you also need to: - Grow a deep understanding of the EasyOrder product(s), both hardware & software (We promise you don't have to be a nerd for this job); - Hold the hand of our customers so that they understand and use EasyOrder's powerful features to the fullest; - Forwarding your customers' voice in the business, directly impacting product development decisions within EasyOrder; - Help, optimize, and develop processes to improve the customer journey; - Assist your dynamic and cool colleagues, so they don't drown in customer requests; - Troubleshooting, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems; - In general, you are the true guardian of the customer's success and happiness to the user. **Why we want you** We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who: - Loves food (just let go of your summer body already, it ain’t happening if you join us); - Is fluent in English, the language of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and is a native-level speaker of Dutch (a decent level of French is a plus). Google Translate zal je niet helpen land ce travail, malheureusement ; - Has 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing position (motivation > experience); - Can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment; - Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); - You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality, like a little fairy ; - Is comfortable speaking to a wide range of people covering a wide range of situations; - Can make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer; - Has experience in the hospitality industry and/or start-up environment (not a must, but a plus); - Combines strong empathy with a solution-minded, goal-oriented mindset and approach; - Possesses a b driver's license to race to our customers in case of problems (always respect the speed limit, speeding tickets are for your own account).
