Nous recherchons actuellement un **Project Operations Executive** qui se consacrera spécifiquement aux projets de merchandising.

Il/elle sera le principal interlocuteur des équipes sur le terrain et garantira une optimisation constante des activités.

Type de contrat: contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein (38h/semaine) - du lundi au vendredi.

Date de début: janvier 2026

Functions:
Tes tâches seront les suivantes:

- Optimaliser la planification des activités en recrutant et en formant des merchandisers temporaires et en organisant les itinéraires.
- Assister les collaborateurs pour toutes les tâches administratives liées aux équipes de terrain.
- Veiller à la livraison des outils et du matériel nécessaires dans les délais prévu en restant en contact étroit avec les partenaires logistiques.
- Traduire efficacement toutes les exigences, les nouvelles actions, les priorités et les activités dans le système informatique.
- Être responsable du suivi hebdomadaire et de la mise à jour des KPI et fournir des rapports d'activités sur le terrain.
- Analyser et suivre les coûts et les dépenses et assurer la facturation mensuelle des clients.

Profil & Conditions:
Tes qualités:

- Tu disposes de solides compétences en communication en **néerlandais, français et anglais.**
- Tu es orienté(e) client et tu as la capacité de t'adapter/réagir à différents types de personnalités.
- Tu disposes de compétences organisationnelles et d'une excellence opérationnelle.
- Tu as une affinité pour les marques FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) et le monde du marketing terrain.
- Tu as l'esprit d'entreprise et n'a pas une mentalité « neuf à cinq ». Tu sais sortir des sentiers battus et ne craint pas de faire des recommandations (initiative, proactivité, résolution de problèmes).
