BePark is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual FR/NL B2B Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our clients in both French and Dutch-speaking markets, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in Belgium. Key responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the French and Dutch-speaking markets - Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements - Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation - Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in the real estate industry **Requirements**: - Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages - Proven experience in B2B sales and account management - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of the real estate industry or related industries is a plus - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently **Requirements**: Do you recognize yourself in the description below? - You are fluent in French and Dutch => **Mandatory**: - You have a proven experience in B2B sales and account management - You have strong interpersonal and communication skills - You are result-oriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets - Knowledge of the real estate industry or related industries is a plus - You are self-motivated and proactive **Benefits** - Competitive package, in line with your sales performance (we do not cap commissions) - Work with top-tier tools (CRM, Automated prospection, Project Management tools) - Build/Develop a deep knowledge of Mobility and Real Estate sectors - Be a part of a young, innovative and fast growing SME - We are a fast growing SME whose goal is to redefine the mobility landscape and change the way we think of parking.
