Following a strategic supply chain analysis within the client, the aim of the assignment is to provide the necessary resources to go one level further in the article data of our Database in the first instance and to be able to allocate the new workwear to the technicians in the staffing management.
Technische context
Definition of item volumes
- Contact each supplier to fill in/compile the item data sheet on weight/volumetry
- Gather this information in the DB or in a file to be used in conjunction with data from our external supply chain analysis (rotation, stock, in/out).
With the switch of new work clothes
- Allocation of new garments to staff members (apd mid-November) so that physical flows match IT flows
Store logistics support
- Possibility of additional tasks in data processing, cleaning, creation, analysis.
Business context
The mission of Logistics Services is to provide the operating departments with the necessary resources (supplies, cartage, tools, work clothes and PPE), at controlled costs, to enable them to carry out their distribution network investment and maintenance activities, using the right equipment and in complete safety.
