Volkswagen D’Ieteren Finance (VDFin) is de onbetwiste leider op gebied van financiering voor particulieren en van de lange termijn verhuur van de wagens en vrachtwagens van de Groep Volkswagen in België. Met als doel de mobiliteit van haar klanten te garanderen, biedt VDFin flexibele oplossingen, een kwalitatieve service, een correcte follow-up en doordachte adviezen.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
67,500 contracten in portefeuille
- In het hart van onze operationele afdeling werk je nauw samen met onze contractbeheerders.
- U bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor al onze klanten: particulieren en ondernemingen.
**Belangrijkste taken**:
- Controle van de nodige documenten om het krediet te kunnen uitbetalen aan de concessie, o.a. contracten, identiteitskaart, loonfiche, aanslagbiljet, eigendomsbewijs.
- U werkt met de nodige snelheid en absolute nauwkeurigheid
- U bent stressbestendig
- U speelt in op de noden van de klant en reageert zowel proactief als reactief op alle aanvragen.
- U communiceert professioneel en efficiënt en streeft naar passende en doeltreffende oplossingen.
