**Salaris**: ca. €1976 bruto p/m + onbeperkte commissie (gemiddeld €150-500 extra p/m)
**Werkuren**: Maandag t/m vrijdag, roterende shifts tussen 10:00 - 20:00

Over de functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste **Sales Consultant** die het leuk vindt om klanten te overtuigen en resultaten te behalen. Je gaat werken in het outbound sales team voor een bekende Belgische energieleverancier. Vanuit Sofia werk je samen met een internationaal team in een bruisende en jonge stad met een levendige cultuur, heerlijk eten, en de prachtige Vitosha-berg om de hoek.

Jouw taken
- Telefonisch benaderen van potentiële klanten (koude en warme leads)
- Binnen de eerste 20 seconden een sterke indruk maken met jouw communicatiestijl
- Klantbehoeften achterhalen en de voordelen van overstappen duidelijk uitleggen
- Contracten voor elektriciteit of gas afsluiten en klanten begeleiden bij digitaal tekenen
- Extra diensten promoten zoals automatische incasso, e-billing en onderhoudsplannen
- Nieuwe leads genereren via referenties en je eigen mini-database opbouwen
- Actief bijdragen aan teamdoelen en je persoonlijke sales targets behalen

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
- Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigend
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling en houdt van het behalen van doelen
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in telesales of face-to-face sales
- Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken

- **Onbeperkte commissie** (gemiddeld €150-500 extra p/m)

**Leven in Bulgarije**

Wonen in Bulgarije is aanzienlijk goedkoper dan in Nederland of België. Huurprijzen in Sofia liggen veel lager - een modern appartement in het centrum kost vaak minder dan de helft van wat je in West-Europa betaalt. Ook dagelijkse uitgaven zoals boodschappen, uit eten gaan en openbaar vervoer zijn zeer betaalbaar. Dit betekent dat je met je salaris niet alleen comfortabel kunt leven, maar ook geld kunt sparen of genieten van een actieve sociale levensstijl met uitjes, reizen en activiteiten.
