IT Quality Manager

**Mission and daily tasks**:
- You will provide a solid and coherent quality system with structures and processes to be implemented in the quality management of the programmes/projects;
- You maintain quality assurance of the programmes/projects and steer its implementation through quality measurements, regular audits and/or quality reviews;
- You also maintain programme/project quality assessment, learning and best practice frameworks;
- You are responsible for the allocation of tasks and responsibilities within the team and for their continuous improvement;
- You liaise with Top Management to find the best ways to contribute to success;
- You represent service quality/assurance issues to senior management and advice on issues such as the use of company standards and rules;
- Together with your team, you ensure process governance: you make sure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed and that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are respected.

- You are an excellent communicator and are able to give high level presentations to management;
- You are a team player with a strong desire to help and share knowledge, helping others to shine and develop;
- You can also work independently, adapt easily to changes and meet deadlines;
- You have strong observation and diagnostic skills, with the ability to give professional feedback.
***Technical skills required are**:
- You have more than 4 years experience in quality management. Experience in a defence, government or financial organisation is an asset;
- You are able to create reports in tools such as Power BI, Excell or BO;
- You have a good knowledge of ITIL and work in this context. Certification is a considerable asset;
- You have strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation tools;
- Knowledge of management systems development (ISO 9001) and Prince2/MSP is a considerable asset;
- You have experience in project management, with knowledge of PMBOK;
- You have a working knowledge of project management software (MS Project, etc....);
- **You are bilingual in French and English.**
**The following skills are an asset**:
- In-depth knowledge of management system development (ISO 9001) and Prince2/MSP;
- Good knowledge of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration);
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies and tools;
