**Description**:
The Project Management Office (PMO) consists out of Business Analysts and Project Managers. The goal of our PMO is to improve our project delivery by aligning and guiding our projects better while making sure we are running the right projects according to our strategy.
As a (Business) Project manager, you will be part of our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be defining, implementing and managing projects from conception to final delivery. You will be responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, costs, and schedule.
**Responsibilities**:
- organizing, coordinating and leading the project team
- maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication
- supervising the project’s progress
- coordinating, recording and ensuring quality compliance
- circulating and distributing information from the project owner
- ensuring the project helps to support the organization's wider IT-goals
- complying with budgets and delivery times
- updating the project according to changing circumstances
**Requirements**:
- knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall)
- 5 years experience as a project manager
- 5 years experience with infrastructure projects
- strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with internal and external stakeholders
- structured, hands-on and thrives in a familial, yet fast-growing culture
- build bridges between people in an appropriate and diplomatic way
**Job Type**: Permanent contract
