You'll be leading projects that include a range of channels and that are data and audience driven. You'll put the customer front and centre of everything you do. You'll talk their language and be expected to understand the client's business, industry and inspire them within and out of category thinking.
This role requires a strong passion to deliver high quality work, dedication to the job and the ability to manage multiple clients while leading a number of projects - often at pace. You need to have the leadership skills to get the best out of your team and the gravitas to build unshakeable relationships with clients. You have a good understanding of delivery and creative outputs, working closely together with both creation and delivery services.
In the role, you report to an Account Director, and work closely with him/her to drive the strategic thinking and implementation for best-in-class, audience focused communications, campaigns and platforms.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Work with key clients to understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure Wunderman Thompson are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the Wunderman Thompson expert teams as and when required
- Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process
- You'll be presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary
**Who **you are**
- 3-4 years experience preferably agency-side
- You speak English very fluently and are based in Antwerp
- A team player with the ability to work under your own initiative
- An organized 'people-person' with energy and enthusiasm who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, listening and consultation skills
- Experience reacting to the market and client needs quickly and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment
- Desire to drive continuous improvement
