ANALYTICAL CONSULTANT**

Retail Team - Brussels office
**ABOUT THIS JOB**

Are you also curious where the Hard Seltzer trend suddenly comes from? Do you immediately notice your favorite chip brand has released a new flavor? Are you interested in which products consumers buy every day?

As an Analytical Consultant in the retailer team, you are responsible for making analyses and giving presentations and recommendations to retailers of Food, home or personal care products.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You analyze sales data of well-known retailers and brands. Based on your analyses, you can answer multiple questions: What are the market trends? Is the retailer over-or under performing in certain categories? What are the best and worst selling products? You answer these questions and present the results to our customers.
- You work closely with colleagues to exploit commercial opportunities
- You are part of several team projects aimed at gaining insights into consumer trends.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Business Economics/Administration, Marketing Management/Analytics/Intelligence or a comparable study.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in marketing and products sold in supermarkets and drug stores.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to details.

Strong oral and written command of Dutch, as well as English is a must**
- First experience in market research FMCG/market research/account management
