Als Business Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de impactanalyse van initiatieven en projecten op de werking van de business unit Non-Life.
Je zal voornamelijk meewerken aan de kwaliteit en het succes van het Guidewire Transformatieprogramma, waarbij je het gehele IT-landschap van Non-Life zal migreren naar deze nieuwe toepassing.
Je taken
Je concrete taken bestaan uit:
- Uitvoeren van de business analyse, m.a.w. de noden van de business capteren, begrijpen, analyseren en kritisch in vraag te stellen.
- Organiseren van workshops met alle stakeholders om deze noden te achterhalen.
- Vertalen van deze business noden naar IT, o.a. in de vorm van business requirements en user stories en validatie van functionele ontwerpen.
- Testcoördinatie, uitvoeren testanalyses en testen behoren eveneens tot de taken.
- Faciliteren van change door o.a. de teams te informeren en ondersteunen bij het implementeren van de oplossingen.
- In samenwerking met de collega’s, verzekeren van de continuïteit binnen de service en het opvolgen van recurrente opdrachten.
Je profiel
- Je hebt een master of bachelor diploma of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een functie die verband houdt met data analyse, proces analyse of testanalyse.
- Ervaring met werken binnen een Agile context is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Frans, een goede kennis van Nederlands & Engels is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van schadeverzekeringen is een pluspunt.
- Je bent open-minded, creatief, enthousiast, proactief, gezonde assertieve persoonlijkheid en zelfstandig. En je bent een teamplayer, One Team, One Goal
