FUNCTIE:

- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische, budgettaire, organisatorische en administratieve aspecten i.v.m. de planning en uitvoering van aanpassings-, uitbreidings
- of nieuwbouwprojecten van technische gebouwen van het bedrijf en de bijhorende infrastructuur in overeenstemming met de veiligheids-, kwaliteits
- en milieuvoorschriften.
- U beheert nieuwbouw
- of aanpassingsprojecten van de technische gebouwen en bijhorende infrastructuur in hun geheel.
- U stelt het budget en de planning van deze projecten op.
- I.s.m. verschillende interne departementen en externe betrokkenen bent u verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de vereiste documenten en plannen, vergunningsaanvragen, bestekken en bestellingen.
- Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase zorgt u voor het administratieve en technische beheer, de kwaliteitscontrole, de naleving van de veiligheidsnormen, het budget en de planning, en de coördinatie van verschillende uitvoerders.
- U bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de indienstname en overdracht van de gebouwen en infrastructuur aan de beheerders in optimale veiligheidsomstandigheden.

PROFIEL:

- Masterdiploma industrieel ingenieur, optie bouwkunde.
- 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als projectmanager.
- Veel aandacht voor veiligheid, een certificaat Veiligheidscoördinator niveau B en/of een VCA-certificaat is een troef.
- Een ontwikkelde analytische en kritische geest gecombineerd met een pragmatische en op het terrein gerichte aanpak.
- Bereidheid tot frequente verplaatsingen in België.
