Notre client recherche actuellement un Asset Coordinator pour renforcer notre équipe.

Tu es un(e) jeune diplômé, ou ayant déjà une expérience probante, tu es passionné par le marché immobilier, ton sens de l’organisation t’oriente naturellement vers les meilleures solutions digitales, et les chiffres ne t’effraient pas ?

Tu as de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale ?

Bilingue (français-néerlandais), teamplayer, tu es animé par l’esprit d’entreprendre et la capacité à innover ?
Alors, il y a certainement une place pour toi dans leur équipe qui met en œuvre des solutions au profit de tous les utilisateurs de ses bâtiments

**Asset Coordinator**:
L’Asset Coordinator assure le suivi administratif et financier des engagements avec les clients

Il surveille les échéances des contrats et le suivi des paiements et contacte les locataires quand cela est nécessaire.

Il/Elle est responsable de la maintenance des données dans les outils digitaux spécifiques et aide l’amélioration des process.

Il/Elle est responsable de la facturation des loyers et desservies propres au département Asset.

Doté d’un sens aigu du détail, il ou elle fournit des reportings pertinents sur l’occupation des immeubles et soutient l’acquisition, la commercialisation et la location de biens en gestion tout en participant à la création d’analyses pour le suivi des rendements au niveau des actifs immobiliers.
