To grow our Belgian agency, we are looking for an Account Manager IT.

**Your tasks as Account Manager IT**:
As part of the opening of our agency in Brussels, we wish to recruit an IT Account Manager within our agency Blue Soft Belgium:
Your tasks:
- Collect and analyse needs with the sales team & managers
- Establish, develop and consolidate our sales relationship with clients
- Develop new opportunities
- Carry out relevant sourcing actions on job boards, social networks and specialized sites.
- Work in close collaboration with the technical direction in order to validate the profiles.
- Produce interview reports and monitor the current recruitment and sales process (contractual proposal, reference check, etc.)
HR administrative follow-up:
- Update our tracking system.
- Carry out regular reporting and monitoring of the HR dashboard
**Profile**:
- At least Bachelor, you have 2 years of experience in the Account management of IT in Belgium.
- You know how to recruit IT profiles in direct or through a recruitment firm.
- We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills who wants to work in a team.
- You are curious, dynamic and motivated
- Your analytical and synthesis skills will be your best assets.
- You have a real experience in account management in IT
- You can manage your time and availabilities for a real Business Development mostly remotely
