Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager HVAC.

Als Project Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de coördinatie van complexe bouwprojecten op de luchthaven, waaronder zowel renovaties als nieuwbouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze projecten binnen scope, timing en budget worden gerealiseerd, met een duidelijke focus op duurzaamheid, innovatie en technische kwaliteit.

Samen met de Senior Project Manager bouw je mee aan een toekomstgerichte en efficiënte luchthaveninfrastructuur.

**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
Als Project Manager volg je projecten op van A-Z. Deze taken zijn hier onlosmakelijk aan verbonden:

- Voorstudie en studie van de projecten: behoeftenanalyse, opstellen lastenboek, offerte beoordeling en shortlist maken van interessante providers (samen met Procurement)
- Organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden tot definitieve oplevering: sturing geven aan leveranciers en onderaannemers, waken over het resultaat, beheer van de technische fiches, etc.
- Administratief en financieel beheer: opmaak van prijsaanvragen en kostenramingen, opvolging van het budget, controle van de vorderingsstaten, opvolging schadedossiers, etc.

**Wat jou onderscheidt**:

- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in project management binnen de bouwsector, zowel in ruwbouw, architectuur en stabiliteit als in speciale technieken.
- Je bent sterk in scope, budget en timing, en weet stakeholders op alle niveaus te aligneren.
- Je schakelt vlot tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je denkt strategisch en durft out of the box te gaan.
- Je wil écht impact maken op het terrein, met aandacht voor technische kwaliteit én duurzaamheid.
