As we move forward with the expansion of our industrial business, we now seek experienced **Construction Managers / Site Project Managers** who will join us in helping us deliver these demanding, high value, complex projects.

**Job Description**:
We're currently seeking permanent and contract **Construction Managers / Site Project Managers **to be based on site in Belgium.

**What you are expected to have: -**
- Experience in the construction management of large complex projects involving new site development, pre-construction, or construction phases of projects.
- Experience in the Project Management in a live production environment.
- Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues.
- An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on you strong planning and organization skills.
- Strong understanding in multiple areas of construction including mechanical, electrical, civil disciplines.

**What you will be doing: -**
- Manage all site based construction activity on behalf of demanding clients.
- Manage safety and quality in accordance with relevant policies / procedures / protocols.
- Supervise progress for site activities.
- Participating in design reviews where necessary.
- Ensure that the correct strategy is in place to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely.
- Lead or attend key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Keep the project scope under review including impacts to budget and schedule
- Identify risks and predict potential delays and action remedies.
- Performing cost analysis where required.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Member of a Professional Institute preferred

We are ideally looking for a Dutch speaker however we can consider fluent English speakers.
