we’re looking to hire a Project Manager to be the contact person and you ensure the follow-up of the work entrusted.
- Concrete renovation

- Industrial renovation and maintenance
RESPONSABILITIES
- You have the administrative and technical management of the sites from the request for the permits until the final acceptance.
- You are also the person in charge and the guarantor of the safety on the construction site, of the respect of the planning, the budgets and the yields as well as the financial result.
- You will be in charge of preparing your files and will determine your needs for equipment, personnel and supplies necessary for the proper execution of
YOUR PROFILE
- You are results-oriented, have a technical streak, and innovations don't scare you. You are not afraid to take initiatives, you know how to be persuasive.
- You have management skills, you are deeply committed to quality and show empathy towards the customer.
- You are persistent, flexible and available.
- Knowledge of Dutch is essential.
