Construction manager (m/f/x)agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport. Present in 13 European countries and established in Belgium since 2013, we collaborate with partners across the country — ensuring we can offer a project close to your home.As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the on-site execution of construction and installation works. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage coactivity with project stakeholders, and ensure that the work progresses safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards. You will also support commissioning activities to ensure a smooth transition to operations.Main Responsibilities:Manage and monitor subcontractor schedules, ensuring proper sequencing and timely execution of tasks.Coordinate coactivity on site, working closely with the Construction & Project (CP) teams to prevent clashes and ensure safe and efficient workflows.Provide regular progress and quality reports to project teams, highlighting risks, deviations, and proposed corrective actions.Supervise the execution of installations and actively participate in commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, technical specifications, and project requirements.Facilitate communication between subcontractors, engineers, and project management to resolve issues quickly.Your profile:Master's degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of construction execution, on-site coordination, and subcontractor management.First experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role in industrial or infrastructure environments.Be adaptable, autonomous, and proactive to meet the diverse challenges of our missions. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.Depending on project needs, one of the following profiles is required:French + English (full professional proficiency)Dutch + English (full professional proficiency)Why joining us?
