Your main responsabilities include:
- You analyze and document as-is business processes and work out to-be processes in BPMN and/or will be involved in the analysis for the development of new solutions
- You guide your customer in the implementation of the change process
- You create various impact analyzes
- You're able to identify pain points as well as opportunities and perform a cost-benefit analysis
- You'll be responsible for creating training material and also provide training to the end users

**Have you got what it takes?**:
- You've graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- You have minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business and/or Functional Analyst
- You have experience with UML Tools (e.g. Enterprise architect, Microsoft Visio, etc.)
- The BPMN standard is not a new concept for you
- You have knowledge of the Agile methodology
- You're communicative, both written and verbal, in Dutch, French and English
- You posses excellent analytical skills, a good dose of assertiveness and you're customer-oriented
