Employee Experience Specialist

**Functie**:
- Je gaat de **medewerkers **in de organisatie gaan **ondersteunen **tijdens hun loopbaan. Je volgt hen op de voet op en plant **evaluatiemomenten **in om te luisteren naar hun feedback.
- Je gaat **evenementen opzetten **en **organiseren **om het welzijn van de medewerkers te bevorderen (teambuildings, brainstomworkshops, ).
- Met jouw creativiteit sta je in voor het uitschrijven van nieuwsartikels, plaatsen van posts op social media, uitsturen van uitnodigingen voor evenementen, opzetten van campagnes,
- Je **analyseert behoeften **van de medewerkers en doet** suggesties ter verbetering.**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de** interne als externe communicatiekanalen.**
- Je werkt nauw samen met het **Europees HR people team** om de **HR processen** en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening van de organisatie te verbeteren.
**Profiel**:
- Je behaalde minstens een **Bachelor Diploma in HR, Marketing, Communicatie** en hebt **minstens 2 jaar ervaring** in een **HR gerelateerde functie **op het vlak van talent management.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands **en **Engels**.
- Je bent een echte **teamplayer **met sterke **organisatorische **vaardigheden.
- Je bent bereid jou te verplaatsen naar de 2 andere sites in België maar zal voornamelijk werken vanuit **Zwijnaarde**.
