- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Manage and develop the European recruitment team which includes 4 recruiters
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling management level roles throughout Europe while advising and influencing hiring partners
- Build solid relationships across the organization to ensure ability to influence, guide and improve recruiting processes and initiatives in the region
- Execute & lead recruiting projects & initiatives
- Promote and ensure inclusion & diversity remains a focal point for all processes & practices
- You have:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience and experience managing and developing recruiters
- English fluency required, multi-lingual is preferred
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
- Previous experience working and influencing in an organization with operations in multiple countries
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Demonstrable track record of quickly being able to build relationships and establish trust with leaders & partners
